Both actors Leonard Nimory (Spock) and William Shatner ( Captain Kirk) of Star Trek fame turned recently turned 80. Their birthday's are only four days apart. Both of these guys careers are still going strong. Boomers like these guys. Some fans like them a little too much.
I am not a Treky, but I do enjoy the show. I don't remember StarTrek during it's original run. I do remember coming home during my Jr. High school years and watched them in Dad's room. Dad never went for such silliness. I'd watch the show while he was still off at work.
80 years old! Captain Kirk and Spock are 80 years old!
